R&S Machining expanded its 5-axis machining capacity with the addition of new multi-axis equipment designed to support complex aerospace and defense components. This investment allows us to machine intricate geometries in fewer setups, improving accuracy, consistency, and overall efficiency.

By increasing our 5-axis capability, we are able to reduce handling, minimize variation, and maintain tight tolerances required for critical applications. This expansion also helps us support higher production volumes and shorter lead times while maintaining the precision our customers expect.

R&S Machining strengthened its quality assurance capabilities with the addition of a Hexagon Delta Opera CMM, expanding our inspection capacity for large and complex aerospace components. This advanced coordinate measuring machine allows for highly accurate, repeatable measurement of critical features and complex geometries.
